Customers may return/exchange the items within 14 days upon receipt in the following cases: 

1. Received a defective product.
2. Received a different product from the order. 

Terms for returns and exchanges: 

1. Product must be unopened in original packaging.
2. Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost.
3. We do not issue returns for poor choice. 

Return/exchange is not accepted other than the cases stated above

Shipping Policy 

We make all necessary efforts to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation accompanied with a tracking number via email. 

Local Orders (Within Singapore)

• All orders are handled by Singapore Post and/or local couriers with tracking service.
• We charge a flat fee of $2 (subsidised rate) for all orders below $40. Delivery is free for all orders above $40.

Under normal circumstances, delivery should take about 2 -3 working days.

Overseas Orders 

We ship to virtually any address in the world except to P.O boxes via UPS. We go through great lengths to source out for reliable, cost effective shipping partners to make your online shopping experience with us both affordable and sensible.

Self Collection 

Self collection is available at Hounds of the Baskervilles, 42 Craig Road Singapore 089680. Kindly indicated your preferred date and time of collection in the order form. Opening hours are from Monday to Saturday 11am – 8pm, Sunday from 11am – 5pm. Closed on public holidays otherwise stated.
